September 13, 2021 Hello everybody! I'm just going to jump right into it because this week was another good one down in Vero! Yesterday, we had the craziest coolest miracle! Sister Van Holten and our ward mission leader gave talks in Sacrament meeting. After the meeting this man came up to our ward mission leader and said thanks for your talk I cannot wait to be a convert. We later found out, he told his girlfriend he wanted us to come over this week! He has been attending our ward for about 10 months, but has never shown interest in learning more or being baptized. We gave him a call after church and asked if we could stop by later and he said yes with so much enthusiasm! We stopped by and pretty much gave him the baptismal interview without letting him know it was the baptismal interview questions. He killed it, so we said that was the interview and he was ready to get baptized! He started crying and his girlfriend was crying and we were all just so happy for him! He has a baptis

Sep 6, 2021, 2021 Hello everybody!  This week was miracle after miracle after miracle! It was amazing and an absolute amazing reminder of how incredible it is to be a missionary.  3 news  So throughout the week we have time set apart that we find people to teach. There are so many people that have been prepared.  Saved contacts We decided we were going to contact a bunch of people one night and I had the thought to call Liz. Well...when I looked Liz up in our area book to get her number it wasn't there! Sometimes, if a person hasn't shown interest in a really really long time, their record will get deleted. Well...when I went to our phone contacts, there was Liz's number! Thankfully, her contact had been saved, so we were st

She is literally the cutest human being and I know we are going to see so many good things happen while we are together!  We have been doing loads and loads of contacting people this week! Our biggest focus is knowing who we are already teaching is ready for the next step of BAPTISM! We were encouraged to pray about a date this month we should invite someone to be baptized and we both felt really really good about September 18 AND THEN we also felt prompted to pick another date, so we also have October 9! All the prayers are welcome! We are so blessed in this area right now, we have so many people that are so close! We had a lesson with our neighbor, Paula, this week. She is the cutest little Irish woman. She wanted to learn more about prayer and what we believe. When we gave her a copy of the Book of Mormon, she wa
