Hello everybody!

This week was so flippin amazing!

So on Tuesday we got to drive to Orlando for exchanges and I got to pick up my new comp, Sister Van Holten! She is literally the cutest human being and I know we are going to see so many good things happen while we are together! 

We have been doing loads and loads of contacting people this week! Our biggest focus is knowing who we are already teaching is ready for the next step of BAPTISM! We were encouraged to pray about a date this month we should invite someone to be baptized and we both felt really really good about September 18 AND THEN we also felt prompted to pick another date, so we also have October 9! All the prayers are welcome! We are so blessed in this area right now, we have so many people that are so close!








We had a lesson with our neighbor, Paula, this week. She is the cutest little Irish woman. She wanted to learn more about prayer and what we believe. When we gave her a copy of the Book of Mormon, she was so excited! You can just tell that she has been prepared to hear our message for right now. We love her so much! Her face always lights up when we see her and she will wave real big at us and it is a guaranteed way to brighten my day. 







This week is going to be full of lessons and new people being being taught and we are feeling maybe a little anxious but also very blessed. I have learned on my mission that not only do we need to trust God, but God needs to be able to trust us. And He will! When we show that we are willing to be obedient, humble, patient, diligent, and working to become more like Christ, He will trust us! For me, it is new people to trust, for others it is more promptings, for some it is new opportunities. I love that trust is a two way relationship!

 December 5, 2020 Hello everybody! So many good things have happened recently! There are miracles all around us, God is so good!! Last weekend I had the chance to go to the temple with my companion, Tu'ineau shimai! She had invited me to go with her when she went through the temple, and of course I said yes. It was such a special experience to 1-be in the temple again and 2-meet my MTC companion in person.  I love the temple, it has always been a special place for me. Over the last year, my testimony and love for the temple has grown so much through the experiences I have had. One of the hardest things recently, is not being able to feel the peace that the temple brings me. Our teachers have encouraged us to make a place in our home our very own temple while all the temples are closed. A place that we can go to feel peace and close to God.  Sep 6, 2021, 2021 Hello everybody!  This week was miracle after miracle after miracle! It was amazing and an absolute amazing reminder of how incredible it is to be a missionary.  3 news  So throughout the week we have time set apart that we find people to teach. We will either look on social media, talk to members, go through our area book. All sorts of thing. Well...in a normal week for us we maybe find 1 or 2 new people. On Tuesday last week, we found 3 new people! By the end of the week we had a total of 5! There are so many people that have been prepared.  Saved contacts We decided we were going to contact a bunch of people one night and I had the thought to call Liz. Well...when I looked Liz up in our area book to get her number it wasn't there! Sometimes, if a person hasn't shown interest in a really really long time, their record will get deleted. November 8, 2021 Hello everybody! How are y'all doing? How was your week? Because mine was all over the place! We had so many miracles when it came to member meals this week! Our favorite was definitely when this couple invited us to go to the temple with them! So background, Sister Blanchard is going to France next Monday and she really wanted to go to the temple before she left. We called President Ashcraft and he said there wasn't any way we could just go. So we had been praying and praying that there would be a reason we could go to the temple. Then we go to this member meal and we get talking about the temple. Turns out, the wife has been asking and asking people if they could go and everyone kept turning her down. So now, we get to go! And to make it even better, when we asked President Ashcraft about it, he encouraged us to take a recent convert with us and we just happen to have a friend named Angel who has never been!
