Hello everybody!

So update on the life! I am back in St. Cloud. My new area is called Canoe Creek and it is so great! My new comp is named Sister Blanchard and she is the best! I am super blessed to have her right now because this area is a tough one for finding people, but she is super willing and ready to work to find the elect here! We have already seen lots and lots of miracles so hopefully those will keep on coming.

Also! I hit my year mark this week! Woot woot! It honestly feels like just yesterday I started the MTC and started this crazy journey. I celebrated with an Aggie Blue Mint cookie from Crumbl. God is so good. He knew the way I would want to celebrate!

This last week we set a goal to find 5 new people. We wanted to find one person using 5 different finding methods. One from Facebook, Instagram, referrals, area book and members. We found our Facebook and referral one on Friday. Then on Saturday we found someone on Instagram and someone from our area book. We were freaking out because we were so pumped that we had already found 4 news this week, which is a pretty big deal for this area. Then! We got a call from a random lady. She said that she wasn't active in church but she wanted to start coming back. She then told us that two of her kids were baptized but one wasn't and she was wondering how they could get her to meet with missionaries. So we got our goal! We found 5 new people! God is so good and so willing to bless us and give us miracles!

We had stake conference this weekend and there were so many good talks given! A lot of them were centered on how we can better minister and love the people around us. A lot of them talked about how after they loved the people first and gained a relationship with them, that's when they were able to teach them the gospel in a very normal and natural way.

Sister Wixom and Sister Crandall, her first companion.
Sister Crandall will be going home next month.

We also had zone conference this week. Lots and lots of meeting haha. My biggest takeaway from that meeting was that we need to build our foundations on Christ. If we don't know what needs to be strengthened or removed, we should ask Heavenly Father and He will help us to know. President Ashcraft pointed out that the first 4 questions of the baptismal interview are very similar to the first 4 questions of the temple recommend interview. They talk about our faith in Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ, the Restoration and modern day prophets. Pretty interesting that they felt these were the most important questions to ask people. I think that shows what our foundation should be built upon.

It was a pretty good week and I am excited for this next one!

Love you all!
