Hello everybody!!!

So much has happened this week, it is a little overwhelming! It's a good place to be as a missionary!

I got transferred! I was super sad to leave Narcoossee. I had been there for 6 months and I had met so many amazing people that hold a special place in my heart now. I am now in Vero Beach and it is the cutest little town! My new companion is Sister Cook, and she also speaks Japanese! We are planning on being fluent by the end of this transfer so we are going to be working hard!!

So my second day here in Vero we decided to message a whole  bunch of the people in our area book. I guess they haven't been able to get in contact with a lot of them recently, but on Wednesday everyone was wanting to meet with us! We counted 14 miracles from that day alone, and we are sure there were some that we missed! God is so good!! He is definitely preparing people here in Vero, so we are counting on seeing even more miracles throughout this transfer.

Sister Cook hit her year mark this week so we got to celebrate! We made sushi on Thursday and then on Sunday we had a Japanese dinner with a family in the ward. The dad served his mission in Japan and they ended up living there for about 3 years. We were able to talk a little bit in Japanese with him, and then Sister Cook and I shared our spiritual thought in Japanese and the dad translated for us! It was the first time that Sister Cook and I have both shared an entire message in Japanese, so it was a pretty special moment for both of us!

The biggest lesson I learned this week was that the gospel is true no matter where, Vero or Japan, and that everyone needs to hear the message. It is humbling for me that I get to get to meet all of these people in Florida while also having a love for the people in Japan. Knowing the message of the restored gospel is true whether I say it in English or in Japanese or whether I am in Narcoossee or Vero, shows me how much God loves each of His children and how aware He is of them. I feel so blessed that God trusts me enough to go out and teach them!
