Prayers are answered!

 April 12, 2021

Hello everybody!

This week was full of really amazing experiences! It is crazy how fast the week goes by when you are working hard everyday and trying to do the best you can! We were able to talk with a lot of people which is always the best!

Since General Conference was this last week, we tried to include some of the talks into our lessons. We met with this lady from our ward and we talked about President Nelson's talk from the morning session. I love the focus he put on faith. That even if we only have faith the size of a mustard seed, we can still move mountains. And I love that he gave us ways that we could strengthen and build our faith! If faith the size of a grain of mustard seed can move mountains, just imagine what faith the size of a tree could do! One of my favorite parts of my mission is watching other's faith grow! It is always through the small and simple things: prayer, scriptures, church.

We had a crazy awesome miracle today! Sister Crandell and I had the chance to go and help teach a seminary class this morning. At the end, before they prayed, they asked if there was anything people wanted prayers for. Two boys asked for prayers to help them find jobs. Well we went to Walmart after the class and this lady came up to us. She told us that she was from Utah and that she had lots of family that were members of the church and she knew who missionaries are, but she is not a member of the church. She then asked us of she could buy our groceries! But then, we got talking more and she said that she had just moved here and that her and her husband were opening a Crumble here. THEN, she told us that she needed employees asap, so if we knew anybody to let them know! We messaged the seminary teacher about it and told her that prayers are answered! It was so cool to see how we are placed in the right spot at the right time to help the people around us! It was seriously so cool!
